Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: Open to all residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees of Scott's Nursery Ltd. and their immediate families.

 

How to Enter: Subscribe to the Scott's Nursery monthly e-newsletter.

 

Contest Period: Entries for the monthly draw must be received by the last day of each month. Subscribing automatically enters you for the current month's draw and subsequent draws, provided your subscription remains active.

 

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random on the first business day of the following month.

 

Winner Notification: The winner will be announced in that month’s e-newsletter and contacted directly via the email address provided during the subscription.

 

Prize: A $50.00 Scott's Nursery e-gift card. This prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

 

Disqualification: Entries will be disqualified if they are incomplete or fraudulent.

 

Cancellation/Modification: Scott's Nursery Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
