Colocasia esculenta 'Pharaoh's Mask' 

A unique variety, Pharaohs Mask has bright green leaves that are accentuated by bulging purple veins. At maturity, the leaf edges curve under, showing off the purple veins even more. Enjoys warmth, humidity and moist soil.

Lighting: Keep away from harsh sun as it will burn the leaves. Provide indirect or morning sun. 

Watering: Colocasia requires nutrient rich soil which is evenly moist, especially during the growing season. Water when the top third of soil becomes dry. Feed monthly during the growing season. Watering can be reduced in the winter months.

During the winter, colocasia may go dormant and it is normal for the leaves to die off. Reduce watering for the winter and new growth will resume in the spring.
