The cast iron plant has earned a reputation for being a hard to kill plant. It is great for low light situations, tolerates a range of indoor temperatures, and puts up with irregular watering.
Lighting: They will grow best in medium to bright indirect light. Be sure to keep cast iron plants away from direct sunlight, which can bleach and burn the leaves.
Watering: Allow the soil to dry completely before watering. Then water well and allow the excess soil to completely drain away.
