Halifax Seed Mache / Corn Salad Vit

The ideal winter salad green is versatile, vigorous and mildew-resistant. Vit is excellent at a time of year when greens become scarce due to its hardiness. Long oval, glossy green leaves form tight rosettes. Flavour is mild and slightly nutty. Use as you would spinach.
