Halifax Seed Mizuna Purple

Brassica rapa (Japonica group)

Easy to grow with a delicious, slightly peppery taste. Bright green leaves with purple margins that darken as the plant matures. Highly cold-resistant and slow to bolt in hot weather. Fresh, tender young greens are perfect in salads, or cooked in stir fries, soups and stews. Great in containers or as an edible ornament. 

Good source of beta carotene, folate, vitamin C, calcium and iron.
